Maurice Lacroix has released a new AIKON model, limited to 500 pieces, for those with the active lifestyle. This sporty chronograph has a black sun brushed dial incorporating three snailed counters. It delivers chronometric precision, courtesy of its quartz movement.
Housed in a stainless steel black PVD case, measuring 44mm in diameter, this watch looks stealthy and sporty. The black sun brushed dial features three contrasting snailed counters, two of which feature circular brushed rings. These counters include a 30-minute counter at 9 o’clock, a 1/10 second counter at 12 o’clock and a small seconds display located at 6 o’clock. The latter counter also includes a date. The hour and minute hands are rhodium plated and incorporate white SLN.
Consistent with other AIKON models, the bezel features the brand’s six-arm design. While chronograph pushers lay close to the crown and crown protector. At the centre of this limited-edition model is a quartz movement. In other words, you do not need to regularly wind the watch. In addition, this movement delivers chronometric precision.
Completing the watch’s look is a black strap, incorporating light blue stitching and exhibiting a carbon-like appearance. This strap features the company’s intuitive ‘easy strap exchange’ system, providing owners with the opportunity to alter the appearance of their watch without the need for any tools.
