Gucci has announced a donation of 2 million euros to fight COVID-19 pandemic. The funds will be split between the World Health Organisation’s COVID-19 Solidary Response Fund and Dipartimento della Protezione Civile. In addition, the brand is using its social media accounts to help WHO deliver its messages to the general public.
“Gucci has created a world, open and free: a Gucci global community. We ask all of you to be the changemakers in this crisis, to stand together with us in the fight against the Coronavirus. We are all in this together,” say Alessandro Michele and Marco Bizzarri.
