Coronavirus: Tony Ward reopens his workshop in Beirut to support Lebanese hospitals

With each new day more and more people come together to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. While large luxury houses across Europe have committed millions of euros in donations, there is always room for help. Having learned that the hospitals lacked sheets and other equipment, Tony Ward has reopened his workshop in Beirut on March 21. This move comes after the Lebanese designer learnt that the hospitals receiving patients with COVID-19 lacked sheets and other equipment.
Concerned by the situation, the designer immediately decided to respond. He decided to convert his Tony Ward workshop into the one for production of bed sheets and protective suits to offer to Lebanese hospitals. This gesture of solidarity is once again proof that together we are stronger.
