Dior announced it was adding its Baby Dior production unit in Redon – Ille-et-Vilaine, France to the fight against COVID-19 pandemic. The unit will produce masks by the seamstresses on a voluntary basis.
“Thank you to our wonderful petites mains who, in an exceptional show of solidarity, are working tirelessly to protect them”– said the brand in its post on Instagram.
This move comes following the brand’s commitment to produce hand sanitising gel at its Perfumes and Cosmetic Devision. In addition, LVMH – the parent group of Dior, had committed to the delivery of 10 million protective masks.
